The Next Chapter

You’ve outgrown the old story. It’s time to write what comes next.

A 12-week private coaching experience for accomplished women ready to move from knowing what they want to finally living it.

There is a version of your life that looks perfectly fine from the outside.

You have built a career. A family. A reputation.

A life filled with responsibilities, relationships and evidence

that you should feel grateful.

You are capable. Dependable. Intelligent.

You are the woman people come to when they need something handled.

And yet, beneath everything you have built,

something keeps whispering:

This cannot be all there is for me.

It isn’t necessarily that your current life is wrong.

It is that some part of you no longer fits inside it.

You can feel another chapter trying to begin,

something more creative, expressive, meaningful, visible or free,

but you keep meeting it with the same questions:

Who do I think I am?

What if I fail?

What if people judge me?

What if I change everything and regret it?

What if I finally admit what I want and discover I’m not brave enough to pursue it?

So you think about it. You journal about it. You save the idea in your notes. Research it late at night. Imagine the conversation, the business, the book, the stage, the project, the move or the life that might exist on the other side of action. And then you return to being sensible. Useful. Needed. Fine. But the desire doesn’t disappear. It waits.

You are not lost. You are between identities.

You are standing in the uncomfortable space between the woman who built your current life and the woman who can create what comes next.

The old version of you knows how to achieve, accommodate, overthink and keep everything functioning.

She may even be exceptionally successful at it.

But your next chapter cannot be created by repeatedly asking that version of you for permission.

It requires a different kind of courage.

The courage to tell yourself the truth.

To want what you want without immediately editing it into something more practical.

To be seen before you feel completely ready.

To make decisions without unanimous approval.

To stop treating fear as evidence that you should turn back.

To create a life that doesn’t only look successful—but actually feels like yours.

The Next Chapter is where we do that work together.

This is for the woman who…

Has created a respectable life but quietly wonders whether she has disappeared inside it.

Knows she wants something more but cannot yet name it clearly enough to pursue it.

Has a creative idea, business, body of work, career change, conversation or dream she continually postpones.

Can see what needs to change but keeps waiting for confidence, certainty or the perfect time.

Has spent years meeting other people’s needs and now feels guilty when she considers choosing herself.

Is deeply capable but becomes paralysed when the work is personal, visible or truly important to her.

Has mistaken perfectionism for high standards and overthinking for preparation.

Feels frustrated because she knows she has more to say, create, contribute and experience.

Is tired of circling the same desire.

Is ready to stop asking, “Could I really?” and begin answering, “What will it take?”

You do not need to arrive with a polished plan.

You do not need to know exactly what your next chapter looks like.

You only need to know that you are no longer willing to abandon it.

Imagine reaching the end of twelve weeks and…

You can name what you want without minimising, apologising or immediately explaining why it might be impossible.

You understand which fears, identities and patterns have been keeping you stuck—and you know how to move with them instead of waiting for them to disappear.

You have made the decision.

Sent the pitch.

Started the project.

Shared the work.

Had the conversation.

Created the boundary.

Taken the first visible, irreversible steps toward the life you have been imagining.

You trust yourself because you finally have evidence that you follow through.

Your desire is no longer a beautiful private fantasy. It has dates, decisions and physical actions attached to it.

You are no longer waiting to become fearless.

You are becoming the woman who moves while fear is still talking.

This is not about manufacturing an entirely new version of you.

It is about returning to the voice that existed before practicality, perfectionism and other people’s expectations became louder than your own.

Why Work With Me?

I am Sarah Dee—a poet, educator, speaker and creative facilitator.

I did not wait for someone to officially declare me a poet.

I began writing.

More than 300 poems followed in under two years, along with publication, a book, media interviews, live events and a body of work that did not exist until I stopped waiting to feel qualified enough to create it.

My work lives at the intersection of creativity, identity, visibility and self-trust.

I understand the fear of asking, Who do I think I am?

I also understand what becomes possible when you stop treating that question as a command to stay small.

I am not here to prove that I belong at the front of the room.

I am here to make something happen in it.

And inside The Next Chapter, I will help you find the sentences, decisions and actions that allow you to make something happen in your own life.

The Woman at the End of This Chapter

She is not a completely different woman.

She is you—with less self-abandonment.

You—with a clearer voice.

You—no longer waiting for universal permission.

She knows that being afraid does not make her incapable.

She understands that desire is not indulgent information. It is direction.

She no longer needs every person in her life to understand the vision before she begins.

She creates.

She asks.

She decides.

She moves.

She does not merely know what she wants.

She has started living it.

The Next Chapter Is For You If…

  • You are ready to take meaningful action, even if part of you is frightened

  • You are willing to be honest about what you want

  • You want personalised support rather than a generic formula

  • You understand that coaching is collaborative and requires your participation

  • You are prepared to examine the habits and identities that have kept you safe but stuck

  • You are ready to invest time, energy and resources into your own transformation

  • You want your next chapter to exist somewhere beyond your imagination

This Is Not The Right Container If…

  • You want somebody else to make your decisions for you

  • You are seeking guaranteed financial, career or creative outcomes

  • You are unwilling to take action between sessions

  • You need urgent mental-health support, trauma treatment or crisis care

  • You want a passive course to consume privately without being challenged or seen

The Next Chapter is coaching, not therapy or crisis support. Where therapeutic or specialist care is needed, I will encourage you to seek an appropriately qualified professional.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. You may arrive with a specific project or change in mind, or simply with the persistent knowledge that your current life no longer fits in the same way. Our first task is to create clarity.

Do I need to know exactly what my next chapter or goal is?

1

What happens if I can’t make a coaching call?

No. Writing is one of the tools we use to uncover what is true, but you do not need to identify as a writer or poet. Your next chapter might involve creative work, a business, a career shift, greater visibility, a personal decision or an entirely different way of living.

Is this only for writers or creative women?

It can support you in developing or expressing a business idea when that is part of your next chapter. However, this is not technical consulting, financial advice or a guaranteed-income programme.

The focus is on you making the decisions: your clarity, identity, courage, voice and capacity to act.

Is this business coaching?

3

Can you guarantee my results?

We will agree on scheduling and rescheduling terms before beginning. The container works best when you protect the time consistently and treat your next chapter as something worthy of space in your life.

5

No ethical coach can guarantee a particular external outcome.

I can provide structure, insight, challenge, accountability, tools and deeply personalised support. Your result will also depend on your circumstances, decisions and willingness to take action.

What if I am terrified of being visible?

4

Then you are likely in the right room.

We will not throw you onto the largest available stage and call it empowerment.

We will create a visibility pathway that stretches you without severing your sense of safety—and then build evidence that you can survive being seen.

Your Life Is Not Asking for Another Year of Consideration

There will always be a reason to wait.

A busy term.

A difficult season.

A financial priority.

A family need.

A fear that suddenly sounds remarkably sensible.

But there comes a point when waiting is no longer protecting you.

It is costing you.

It costs you time.

Creative energy.

Self-trust.

Opportunities.

The quiet pride that comes from knowing you did not abandon yourself again.

The life you want may be dreamy, moody, enormous, real, scary and exciting.

Good. That means it is alive. And it is waiting on the other side of your action.

You’ve outgrown the old story.

It’s time to write what comes next.
